Save your items in the inventory builder. In the quote request, select “Use saved inventory” to bring them in. You can also import a profile saved in the service helper.
You decide what to send
These tools prepare and organise information. They do not automatically contact companies or book a move.
Your figures power the tools
Calculators use the numbers you enter. The directory does not check live availability or rank company quality.
Saving is optional and local
Your saved plan stays in this browser on this device. It does not sync. Clearing browser data can remove it; export a copy for a separate record.

Frequently asked questions
What is a practical order for using the tools?
Before requesting prices, identify the service, build the inventory and prepare the request. When offers arrive, check unclear terms and compare the figures. Use the budget for your chosen assumptions and the checklist for the tasks still ahead.
Do the tools share every change automatically?
No. Save in the relevant tool and use the import or restore control where offered. For example, updating an inventory does not automatically rewrite a request you saved earlier.
Can I use these tools without choosing a company from the directory?
Yes. Inventory, request preparation, quote checks, calculations and the checklist work with your own move details and offers. The company-matching tools are limited to the directory’s Ontario coverage.
Where is the separate explanation for each tool?
Open the tool from the cards above. Its guide below the interactive controls explains the steps, gives an example and answers questions specific to that tool.
